wsdwwmtdw 1960 Lgctutgeawtalldfv. Bwfwu. . . Mr. Richard Bremer Mr. Bremer, coach, advisor, and friend to all, reflects the enthusiasm and friendly sincerity that typifies our entire school. He developed all his vitality and fight, serving in the Army as a captain, play- ing football and swimming in high school. He was elected to the All-City High Swim Team. Later, he continued with football, playing on the varsity team at the University of Buffalo. Here, he also became interested in wrestling. Meanwhile, he taught sailing at the University, and prepared for his teaching career. He started teaching with the Covina schools in 1953, and came to West Co- vina in 1956. Here at West Covina, he acts as instructor, football coach and senior counselor. When you see him come striding down the hall, beaming broadly, you feel compelled to say, Hi! Mr. Bremer . .
