Cabinet Members of the cabinet are chosen by the presi- dent, and submitted to the legislature for their approval. Two thirds must pass on the selection of the president before the appoinment is ac- cepted. The cabinet meets once a week to discuss prob- lems in their various department. Ideas and proclamations are carried to and from the legis- lature by the vice president. High standards of scholastic ability are required to stay in office.
