, ' Egg: xv: Computer Math The computer literacy unit continued to receive nationwide attention. Dept. Head Lee Yunker, Frank Burzynski, and Dennis Stevens spoke again on computer literacy at the Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics Convention in October and to the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Convention in Cincinnati, Ohio, in April. Mr. Yunker also spoko at an Adult Education Conference in Hollywood, Florida, in April. Teachers Stephen Jeffrey and Paula Mennecke replaced Dr. John Murphy and Robert Lemon, both on leave for a year. Math Contest Winners: Richard Gorvett, Marie Devereux, David Nelson. Band 3 Band activities began with five home football games and the Homecoming T parade.
