3975 . . . Nineteen Seventy-Five!!??! It can ' t he! We just got here and . . . Four years . . . it sure doesn ' t seem like four whole years. They went so damned fast! Remember what we went through just to get here? Filling out all those crazy forms, taking tests, writing letters, earning money, worrying, and simply trying to keep our heads together. Then came the interviews, the acceptance letter, and finally, the shock of Big State! We made it! The Big Time! It was college at last. Then came the confusion of dorm life . . . MORE forms to fill out . . . finding out that cafeteria food wasn ' t as healthy and nutritious as the catalogue said it would be . . . the parties [especially when we were trying to study!} . . . and often those lonely weekends when everyone else took off for home, the shore, the Poconos, Penn State . . . leaving you to fend for yourself. Lonely, wasn ' t it?!
