PORTRAIT OF A PRESIDENT The law of change did not overlook the administration of West Chester State. Dr. Paul W. Rossey assumed the College Presidency in the Fall of 1969 with great expectations and a contagious spirit. At one of his earliest appearances, a din- ner for student leaders, Dr. Rossey spoke about the happenings at colleges and universities across the country. He be- came especially effective because of his willingness to listen and his desire to back responsible and directive change. President Rossey relaxes at home with his wife and daughter, Joanne Cr . at the Tanglewood picnic with the students, S and in his office with his secretaries.
