The Division of Social Sciences had departments of various branches which include economics, history, political science and sociology-anthropology. Hawthorne, Mr. W. Rampon and Mr. R. Morrow were the members of the Geography Department. This year the department offered courses for a major in geography for students in the Liberal Arts curriculum.
