SERPENTINE To our efficient Business staff and their adviser, Dr. Earl F. Sykes, goes oil the credit for handling Serpentine funds so expertly. Their job was to solicit for advertisers and patrons and to balance the budget, and it is only through ' .lieir persistent efforts that our Serpentine was published.
