Mr. W. Glenn Killinger, B.S., M.A. Dean of Men VA One of the most important agencies of our campus-community is the Personnel Department under the capable direction ol Mr. Clarence McKelvie. This organization aims to promote the welfare of the citizenry by offering opportunities for loans, employment, extra-curricular actnities, and the solution of necessary group-adjustments. Mr. McKelvie has done much in makmg this agency a successful and beneficial one in our group and a recognized force in outlying communities. As Dean of Men, Mr. Kil- linger IS known in our com- munity as an understanding and willing adviser in all problems confronting the young men oi the campus.
