A tfand tf-aAeivell It is with respect and admiration that West Chester High pays tribute to two of its finest teachers, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Ferris, who will retire this June. Mr. Ferris has taught at West Chester for fifteen years and is Director of the Trade and Technical Department, Practical Nursing, and Industrial Arts. He is a dedicated teacher and says he enjoys teaching because he likes young people. His wife, who is head of the Home Economics Department in the West Chester Secondary Schools, has taught at West Chester for eighteen years. Speaking for both of them, Mrs. Ferris says that they have enjoyed their work and have always been interested in improving their respective departments. Mr. and Mrs. Ferris plan to make Florida their permanent home. 19
