HOCKEY A Warriorette and two opponents battle for a loose ball while Cindy Henry stands ready to receive the ball. The opposing goalie crouches in readiness, attempting to stop a Warrior advance. Under Miss Fry and Miss McKenna the Warrior- ettes completed a difficult schedule with 4 wins, 4 losses, and 1 tie with only three letter-winners returning. Of special note were Toni Hartshorne and goalie Marion Washington, both named to the All Chest-Mont Team. The Junior Varsity, under Miss McKenna, fought to a 5 won, 4 lost season and, with those girls coupled with the six returning varsity letter-winners. Coach Bruno stresses teamwork The 1963-64 Warriors supplied many thrills and showed much spirit throughout the season. Injuries to key players handicapped the team at times but failed to snuff the determin- ation of the team or dampen the spirit of the student body. In spite of the many disappoint- ments, individuals displayed an applicable amount of talent.
