Coach Jack McClellan’s Warriors, who ended up in third place in the first half of Ches-Mont action, have a good chance of capturing second place for the season. This year, McClellan is using two teams: a press team, consisting of Wayne Boggs, Jim Bond, Larry Smith, Bob Erb, Sam Dorsey, and Carrell Loper and a big team, consisting of Cliff Smith, Percy Dorsey, Dave Berkes, Norm Gommoll, Frank Bruno, and Ted Veit. Girls Basketball Under the direction of their new coach. Miss Joanne McKenna, the girls’ basketball team or Warriorettes, are players who simply enjoy the sport. Although the spectators are few, the team spirit is high and the playing good. The girls, captained by Carol Crouse, are avid competitors in an unheralded sport.
