He is one of ’28’s constant Honor Roll members. Frank is un- decided as to what he will do. but we know that he will go far in his work. Roy is always ready to lend a helping hand—an asset no one can overlook. He is always happy and smiling: this fact has helped him in everything he has undertaken. Next year Roy will take up a position in which he is sure to succeed.
