Holloway, director of music. The orchestra has helped to develop musical understanding and appreciation. The original orchestra consisted of 15 members. A variety of pieces including selections by Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, and Shuman have been included in the many selections played by the orchestra. We believe that this contact with music will promote character and personality growth in students, through individual self-expression, through participation in group activities; and through the growth and development of special talents and abilities in individuals. 26 27 28 Distributive Education Johnny Wallace, assistant mechanic and salesman is on the job at the Center Hardware, Park Road Shopping Center. Remembering. . . that first year as a sophomore, the avid glances bestowed upon the seniors as they walked proudly through the halls. . . the Junior-Senior Proms. . . sitting in the student center digging the latest sounds or just sitting . . .the fear aroused by the words test or report card . . . the happiness injected by a call to the gymnasium or an announcement during physics. . .the senior play, what senior can forget this? . . .
