Seniors welcome Frosh The class of '67 presented West's first assembly on October 19. lt marked the official initiation of the freshmen into our family at West. The cast was directed by Miss Pavlinek. The song Consider Yourself at West set the tempo for the program. The ioy of the song was then carried into a dance by the senior girls de- picting the happiness with which a freshman enters West. A short skit followed bringing to the stage for the first time the faculty. The skit ended with a GENEROUS senior showing his brotherly love for the GREEN freshman. The two squads of cheerleaders brought the assembly to a rousing finale by cheering West on to victory.
