Variety spices home ec classes lnvolvement in the modern world makes great demands of today's women. Being able to form an eFlective and efficient pattern of living is of the utmost importance. Home ec students acquaint themselves with the refined knowledge of clothing, home manage- ment, food preparation, personal grooming, and interior decorating.
