Physical education aims at Physical fitness The body is the instrument through which all of man's actions are carried out. Being such an important implement, it must be kept in a continu- ous state of good health. The students of West Catholic engage in a fitness program that aims to achieve this purpose. Basketball, baseball, and volleyball combined with ordinary exercise is the formula employed. The simple combination of athletics and recreation successfully results in an all-around schedule.
