Victor Rose Geometry Algebra Religion Future Nurses Math provokes thought The never-ending quest for knowledge is ex- emplified by the math students at West. Each student is taught to develop logical patterns of thought through his unique faculty of reasoning. Refresher and high school math set forth general mathematical principles: algebra pro- vides the basis for analytical thinkingg geometry develops logicp and trigonometry prepares the student for further math studies. The math department spares no effort in stressing the unique quality and importance of this subiect. This, coupled with the interest of the students, results in giving math the superior treatment it deserves. Algebra students learn the principles of graphing.

Science reveals the mysteries of nature The future of the world is going to rely upon the success of scientific achievements today. Never before has one field so completely dominated our lives. The students of general science, biology, chem- istry, physics, and physiology at West Catholic are part of this wonderful future. ln unlocking the secrets of nature each student progresses iust a little further down the road which leads to the aid of mankind.
