Club day vas held once a month during ex- ended homeroom periods and this allowed many students to be mem- ners of a club. Also, many clubs :onducted night or after school neetings and activities. Clubs serve as a way to involve students in the school and community as well as a means of developing leadership skills which will aid them later. Students who were members of the REVERE, TOWNE CRIER, AND PROCLAMATION staffs saw the production side of a publication. They learned about deadlines and responsibility and felt an intense sense of pride in seeing the final product.
