The parade and the pre-game ceremony were the highlights for the 1985 Homecoming court. King — Bill Palcic 8c Queen — Clarie Mays. Seniors: Stephanie Mullins — Scott Sat-terthwaite, Anna Foust — Phil Johns, Carol Johnson — Tony Cali, Stephanie Simms — Jim Adkins. Juniors: Rhonda Hemberger — Rob Dougherty, Lee Jean McDaniel — Jeff Slovak, Lora Hetzler — Kai Eiken. Sophomores: Kathy Bodish — Joe Palcic, Tracy Kemper — Dale Caudill, Kara Brady — Mike Jensen. The Senior class zoomed'' West Carrollton Back to the Future for the 1985 Homecoming. A whole week of events led up to the biggest day of days in the school year. Spirit week started on Monday with hat shades and college sweatshirt day. Tuesday was tacky tourist beach day, and Wednesday was dress-up and gotcha day. The seniors' favorite day, servant day, was on Thursday, and everyone showed their school spirit on Friday for red and black day. The weather was perfect on Saturday for the pagentry of the parade. The court was announced and the King and Queen were crowned during the pre-game ceremonies. The Pirates finished off fhe afternoon clipping the Fenwick Falcons, 26-0. The day was topped off perfectly with dancing to the music of the Music Machine at the Homecoming dance held in the gym. 1 — Mr. Van Tine rides in his first Homecoming parade. 2 — Lisa and Tina are looking cool in their shades. 3 — The boogie-woogie bugle boy from WC. 4 — Gained a little weight. Billy? 5 — Come on Beth, give us o little smile. 6 — Phil and Anna love the parade crowds. 7 — Shelley and Chris enjoy a special evening 8 — Christy could have danced all night 9 — Jan carries her flog with pride 10 — The sophomores rocket to a first place trophy. 11 — The Pirates fall all over the Falcons.
