Somewhere In Time The ’84 Homecoming was a week of spirit, celebration, and victory. The week started with Spirit Week. Monday, Hat and Shades Day; Tuesday, College Tee Shirt Day; Wednesday, “Gotcha” Day; Thursday, Servant Day; and Friday, Red and Black Day. The parade stepped off on Saturday morning at 10. Before the football game, pre-game ceremonies included the introduction of the court and the crowning of the King and Queen, Tim Sizer and Velvet Kokot. The Mighty Pirates then went on to claw the Edgewood Cougars, 26-7. Homecoming ended with an evening of dancing “Somewhere in Time.” 1 — Clarie and Bill embrace as they congratulate each other. 2 — Sign of victory. 3 — Oh say can you see 4 — Julie and Matt caught in a precious moment. 5 — Tonya and Darren dancing the night away. 6 First attendant Karen Walker and her escort Fred Harris. 7 — Carrolltones dance to the fight song. 8 — Copacabana! 9 Rick Wyatt sends it sailing. 10 — The crowd gets involved. 11 — Smile pretty for the camera, guys? 16 Homecoming

18 Senior Night On November 2, the seniors played in one last game. Unfortunately, Lemon-Monroe defeated the mighty Pirates by the score of 14-6 in their bid for the MML title. The band performed its last halftime show, playing “Sirocco” for the Color Guard and “Star” for the senior Carroll-tones’ final performance. The band saluted its senior members by playing “Yesterday.” It was truly “A Night to Remember.” 1 — Anybody have a tissue? 2 — Terri gives a smile to the crowd. 3 — Brian’s parents reflect their pride. 4 — Dee Dee lets her hair down. 5 — Lisa stands with her prince of parents. 6 — Band parents give a salute with pride. 7 — The band performs its final halftime show. 8 — A hug is worth a thousand words. 9 — Michelle tries to hold back her tears. 10 — Amy expresses the happiness of senior night. 11 — West Carrollton hands off the MML title in the final game. 12 - Jill and her magic flute.
