M., Indiana University Science is the result of man's endless search for truth. An understanding of science is of the utmost importance to all citizens of the Atomic Age. Today, due to the em' phasis placed on science in the school curriculum, students have wonderful opportunities for discovering many things about their environment. Eighth and ninth graders take general science, an intro- ductory course. After this, students may take biology, chemistry, physics, and physical science.
