'w 'NX I - ,5,!l'i1-1 A Message to the Class of 1956 For years you have been preparing for your graduation and, now, it has arrived. You have made many sacrifices but remember that your parents have made greater ones. The time and effort which you spent in study and in other school activities will be rewarding only insofar as you extended yourselves. The experiences which you have encountered will be minor in comparison to those ahead. Rest assured that life is not easy. It is a con- stant battle against odds which, at times, will seem insurmountable. In all your endeavors be men and women of principle. Let the knowledge and skills which you have gained in the home and school be the tools of your success. Set your courses with the Light of Truth to direct you, with Determination to reach your goals, and with the Faith to guide you. Remember, too, as Will Rogers once said, It is great to be great, but it's greater to be human. May I extend to you my best wishes for success and happiness in all your undertakings. Sincerely, PETER J. SPERANDIO Prifzcipal A LWB . i I Q-I GLADYS KEITH Serrelary
