73 A MEMORIAL TO BEVERLY ROBERTSON YEAGLEY Beverly Robertson Yeagley came to West Branch High School as a teacher in our English Depart ment in September, l965. Mrs Yeagley was a graduate of Alliance Hi h School d K t S . g an en tate Uni- versity. She was assigned to our senior English classes and immediately embarked upon her chosen career, a teacher of English. Being a truly dedicated person, she had one ambition-that ot preparing the girls and boys to communicate their thoughts and ideals in both written and oral communication. lt was but a short T. .I h . . :me unti s e had won the respect of her students, even though she insisted upon their working to their maximum ability. lt was with heavy hearts that our faculty, students, and community received word of Beverly Robertson Yeagley's passing away on January 22 T966 Even though the privilege of havin Beverl 1 - 9 Y with us was but a short time, she still will leave her footprints stamped upon the minds other students as bein f h ' ' ' ' g one o t eir outstanding teachers. She will be missed by all. Beverly's family has started a living memorial in the form of the Beverly Robertson Yeagley Schol- arship Trust Fund for West Branch High School students. Zidzxs-KW!
