May those twelve years be memorable ones. May they also be lust a beginning of your life's ad- ventures. As you go into the world of today, the education you have received thus far should be of value to you as private individuals and as self reliant and responsible members of the community to which you will belong. It would help you to be openminded and generous in all human responses. Education inspires behavior in all your contacts with mankind and will help you to master, above all, yourself. Education is the foundation of your life. Seniors of 1966, it has been a pleasure to work with you and for you. Your visitations to West Branch in the fu- ture will be welcomed. Good luck to each and every one of you in your future endeavors. To the Seniors: The toughest challenges of your life lie ahead of you. Completing your high school career is a very sig- nificant step to the future and yet it is only a small part of life's fulfillments. The requirements of a successful life are more demanding than any requirements you have faced so far in your young lives. You will face these requirements in many different situations and will try to fulfill them in many different ways. Even though all of you at sometime or another will face both success and failure in your endeavor, there is not one of you who does not have the ability to overcome any situation that may face you. Always have faith in your family, your church, your school, and your community. Do not hesitate to ask any of these institutions for help when necessary.
