Q Cross Country is a sport in which the winning team is determined by the team that accumulates the least amount of points. This year's Cross Country Team only won two meets, both against Bellwood-Antis. Senior Ron Nearhood had a season record of 9-2, but even his victories could not change the tide for the Warrior Harriers. The Girls' Team competed in only four meets, but did not have any victories. BASKETBALL FIRST ROW Jim Condon Chris Patrick Joe Matsko Jonathan Fetter SECOND ROW Coach Stan Solarcyzk, Terry Trude, Neil Pillot, John Kirk, Paul McQuillen Although it was a disappointing season for the varsity team, it did have a few bright spots. For the third year in a row, the team won its own Holiday Tournament. Also in this tournament, All-tournament Team mem- bers were Andy Danko and Steve Kephart, who was also M.V.P. Another pinnacle of the season was a home game victory over the Mo Valley League undefeated Glendale Vikings. This was achieved by an excellent team effort. The team showed improvement over the season, and will greatly miss the seniors next year. ,nfl Q .i-lg ' . i i I i 'M . iv ,i , 1 Basketball 79 S ace A e Technolo Shall we dance!!!
