'Winn Es Homeward Bound! Give me the ball I Who's on first? Girls softball is a very popular sport that usually attracts about 150 girls every spring. Because of this, a J .V. team and a Freshman team were formed in order to allow more girls to actively participate. The 1980 team had only three lettermen as its backbone, after having an undefeated league record and going to the state championships in Shippen- burg. Although the team record was only 3-12, the girls worked hard and look forward to a great season this year, with 9 returning lettermen, and a new softball field. Look Mom, I missed.
