The main purposes for which the organization strives to meet are to strengthen the family unit, to become aware of the multiple roles of men and women in a changing society, and through personal growth and devel- opment prepare for the problems of family life, vocational employment and community involvement. The F.B.L.A. is an organization com- posed of high school students enrolled and interested in a business oriented course. The ultimate purpose of the group is to develop an awareness of the business world and each memberls self-concept. Activities this year include: car washes, bake sales, and a dance to benefit the Arthritis Foundation. Also, in the spring, the members will compete in various busi- ness skills and abilities for awards and rec- ognition.
