V TO; Charles H. PROM; Fra:o.k X ejxsre laPrade, Prjjicipal 5 15 74 attached please find the final disposition of members of the Class of 1975. ' feu x ili note an Increased emphasis on junior and comraunXty colleges in this group as many students are nox seeklng tvjo yea:.- terminal prograns particularly in the health fields. This trend will probably continue as increased financial costs make a 4-year program difficult to fin.ance. In addition there is a general feeling tiiat the tv?o year program is sufficient for career preps-ratlon and students are e nxlous to embark on a spec5.fic career. There is also more and more demand for deferred admissions as students indicate thep xjill work for at least one year prior to post-graduate education. We suspect this trend will continue also. We appreciate the consistent cooperation of the secondary school administration smd superintendent of schools In all matters pertaining to Guidance, The school committee msmbors Iiave alv ays been eactrenK ly encouraging and supportive. We are especially grateful for the ecopera, tion of students and parents for their cooperation durln: the five year stay of each student here. Finally whatever success the students have is a tribute to the hard, work, patience, and understanding of the elementa3?y and 3oeonda.ry school staffs. STATISTICS Will enroll at 4-year institutions 44 34 Will enroll at junior college 35 27 Will enroll for nursing programs 4 % W ' lll enroll for special urograms 11 % vail enter emj)loyment field 36 27 1 3 C
