eff if v 479' 0 E IVIIIRE TEP Golly' It seems lrke yesterday when we as freshmen and sophomores looked at the yunrors wrth envy We had loads of fun those days but the junror class had so much more prestrge and esteem Then presto' we were junrors, and now we too have that same socral prominence When the electrons for class ofhcers arrrved we met the srtuatron very serrously because we realrzed the president of our class would be the krng of the most colorful event of the year the prom The electron satrsfied everyone Who vtanted a more handsome krng and a more capable presrdent than jerry Mehlos? Jrm Bell and Don Krrcher served as our vrce presrdent and secretary treasurer respectrvely As early as November commrttees were selected to make our prom one of the best After plenty of debate and contro versy the theme I Love An Old Fashroned Song was selected and work begun rmmedrately Then the traditional campargn to have a representative of the class as an officer rn the Student Senate began After a long and vrcrous struggle against the senrors we finally succeeded and Phyllrs Indermuehle took over the job as secretary treasurer rn the Student Senate How can we ever forget the excrtement when we recelved our class rrngs rn trme to make the Chrrstmas of our lunror year complete?
