PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE To the Class of 1966: At this commencement season, we your faculty, student-body, and friends, share with you the joys and happiness of your accomplishment. You have completed a task; you have achieved a goal; you have fulfilled a dream. That which at one time seemed out of your reach, is now within your grasp; that which at one time seemed impossible is now certain. Your happiness is a deserved one for we know that your success did not come easily. Many of the obstacles which failed even to deter you, victimized many who started with you. Now they are numbered among the drop-outs, but you are numbered among the graduates. This triumph is not the result of just pure luck, but the fruition of your earnest toils and your constant endeavors. Our best wishes to you as you begin anew. May you carry with you those qualities which have proven their worth and those ideals which have merited your aspirations. 8
