jf! ' 'F 3 SEL S D The highlight of the season was the Sprudel-Lads triumph, during the holb days, of the Dubois Invitational Tourney. Playing poorly in the first game, the subs saved the game. Then playing an almost perfect game they beat the Dubois Jeeps 7h to So for the championship. The boys and Mr. Conrad worked very hard this year and hoped to win the sectional, but they didn't quite make it. After defeating Birdseye, they were beaten by Huntingburg, having given them a much closer game than the score indicated.
