The Vorsity Wrestlers ore, I. to r., Wolly Hinos. Don Sjostrond. Dove Hecg. Don Worner, Woyne Carpenter, Dick Sobers. Jim Ramey. Mike Fisher. Dove Lovekin. Ed Shofer, and Bill Toylor. WRESTLING The 1960-1961 wrestling team had one of its most successful seasons of the last few years. Under Coach Robert Hall, in his first year as wrestling coach, the team was divided into Varsity and Junior-Varsity. The Junior Varsity was composed of both juniors and sophomores. The Varsity, led by Co-Captains Dave Love-kin and Bob Miller, had some very outstanding individual performances. In the Big Eight Wrestling Match, four managed to finish first. They were Dave Lovekin, Bob Miller, Jim Ramey, and Dan Warner. In late February, Bob Miller received fourth place honors, and Jim Ramey won first place in the District Meet. Proceeding to the Sectional, Jim Ramey finished third. Coach Bob Hall congratulates Co-Captains Bob Miller and Dave Lovekin os he presents them with their lettors. Page 22
