Ridinger presenfed a sum- mary of fhe associafion's financial sfafus, followed by a discussion of old business including fhe sev- eral proiecfs in which fhe P. T. A. has parficipafed fhis season, namely, redecorafion of fhe principals office, cooperafion wifh fhe P. T. A. council in sponsoring Co-l-li dances, and parficipafion in fhe annual Band Benefif Carnival. Following a special reporf on membership by Mrs. D. J. Dellrafes, membership chairman and second vice-presidenf, fhe meefing was furned over fo fhe program chair- man and firsl' vicefpresidenf, Mrs. J.
