This year was no exception. The show proved to be a great success and the audience was more than satistied with the entertainment, The participants also found that the hard work and time they had given was well worth while. They also found that you can take pride in doing something which gives others entertainment rather than be entertained. The proceeds of the show went to the March of Dimes. The gracious assistance of Miss Case helped make the show a success. Here she is caught by the camera man at rehearsal. In The Limelight X Janet Stanley portrayed Pinochio, and Marlene Lustik, Puss ln Boots. They were but two of the toys that helped to make Santas work shop one to be remembered. LOS AMIGOS-Spanish students enjoyed the monthly meetings of this club. Spanish Club taught the members more about the life of Spanish-speaking people, thereby helping them to get more from their Spanish class work. Our advisor, Miss DeBruin, made Spanish more interesting to us due to her wide travels and experience with the language. The Christmas Fiesta, held each year on a Mexican holiday, was the highlight ot the year. The breaking of a pinata, singing Christmas songs, food and dancing are traditional activities of this celebration. An experienced line and a young backfield gave it all they had. The season got off to a good start on the opening play with an 87 yard pass thrown by David Jordan to James Hunter, which was converted into a touchdown, This was the talk of the Suburban Conference for weeks. ln the spotlight most of the season for the Bulldogs were David Jordan, Dennis De Witt, Jack Drier, and James Hunter.
