.9 ' TTY-E n emorzam The Voice has been stilled, Mr. Harold Stamm, V . a member of the Central faculty for 28 years, was a t , man of great distinction. ggi, ,f He was a graduate of Central High School and re- ii V ceived his Bachelor's degree at Ripon College where ,X he was an All-State football tackle. He did his gradu- ate work for a Master's degree at Marquette University Mr Stamm had taught science since T929 In T948 he won a Science Fellowship Award to study at the Case Institute of Technology at Cleveland Ohio He was best known for his fine announcing of all Central football games He was assistant football coach from l929 to T932 Mr Stamm was dearly loved by many and as we walk the road of life his memory will remain with us Died Wednesday January lo l957 Foreword lt has often been said that time waits for no man Looking back over these past three years we find that quotation to be only too true These were the Star Spangled years of our lives the years to which we will look back ln this our yearbook our memories are vividly brought to life These star studded pages recall the dances and proms basketball and football games and the numerous clubs organized and supervised by those who dedicated part of their time to helping Central s students The classes have also reached a climax and our high school education is complete As the graduating class of T957 takes its place in the adult world we look back and marvel at the maturity most of us attained We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to a faculty surpassed by none They were truly the stars who aided us in our upward climb , - , ' . . .
