Kellogg, Superintendent of West Allis Schools With the intuition that no doubt comes from dealing with four boys Mr Kellogg has been able to take school problems in stride His friendly manner and ability to bring out the best in others has resulted in a hard to match spirit of cooperation I McCormack Wlth these people MR.
