The debaters, who largely made up the Forensic Society, worked hard on the nation wide question, Resolved, That the Power of the Federal Government Should Be Increasedf, Those who made the first team were Affirmative, Tom Luther and Dorothy Langackerg Negative, Dorothy Verban and Cliff Owen. When, on April 4 and 5, selected members of the Forensic League, attend- ed the N.F.L. tournament at Kenosha, Cliff Owen went on to finish in third place in the finals.
