meike STAGE CREW Richard Anderson Merval Oleson Robert Kloss Gilbert Malmstrom 7, Under the able direction of Miss Raleigh, the stage crew was on duty during the homeroom periods and all special assemblies. The crew was kept busy by the constant calling for curtain, lights, and screen. Nor did it draw back the curtain on any stage production primed with political propaganda, as is so common in Europe. Also, like so many of our fine citizens, the library helpers, in Miss Davis's charge, were among the unsung heroes in the school. Though they were always busy as bees, they worked so quietly we scarcely knew that they were about. Their constant efficiency kept the books of truth and knowledge in our library, always in good shape and quickly accessible. LIBRARY I-IELPERS First Row: Eleanor Strobel, Miss Davis, Rosemary Fusso. Second Row: Helen Jacobi, Kathleen Lyons, Phyllis Hobbins, jean McGregor, Ruth Schwabe. Third Row: june Schindler, Isabel Wolf, Dor- othy Sarenac, Florence Gardi, La Verne Kroenig.
