glzincipai Dt. Anthony J. Miklausen, a graduate of Findlay Vocational School, has served as high school principal during the eight years of the iointure. Dr. Miklausen graduated from Slippery Rock State Teachers College in 1932. He taught science in the North Fayette School System. Supetuiiing glzinciibaf Dr. Vernon C. Patterson, supervising principal, graduated from East Pike Run lligh School in Cali- fornia, Pennsylvania and California State Teachers College. In 1939 he received his Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. In 1956 he received his Doctorate Degree also from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr.. Patterson taught at North Fayette High School from 1933 to 1939. He was North Fayette's High School Principal from 1939 to 1942, and then the North Fayette Supervising Principal from 1942 to 1949. Ile was Assistant Supervising Principal of the West Allegheny joint System from 1949 to 1955. He has been Supervising Principal of the West Allegheny jointure since 1955. Mrs. Grace Drugmand is secretary to the supervising principal of W. A. She is a graduate of Duff's College and worked at the Dravo Corporation and at Carnegie Steel during the war. SENIOR HOME ROOM TEACHERS: Mr. Klimchalc, Miss Conley, Miss Stewart. Qahuffy The 1956-57 school year found three replacements on the Senior High Faculty with the additions of Mrs. Rogers, Miss Robinson, and Miss Williams. Another change found Mr. Rocereto placed on a full time basis in the Music Department. Of the twenty-one faculty members, fifteen were present during the entire tenure of the Class of '57 in the Senior, High School. Two familiar figures still in the West Allegheny system, but no longer in the high school, are Mr. Rohm, now Elementary principal, and Mr. Sarachine., now Elementary art supervisor.
