JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS Junior Class History On September Znd, we Juniors started school with nearly all of our ori- ginal members plus these new ones: Charlotte Hall, Anna Mae Fisher, and Jimmy Masters. Soon afterwards we had our election of officers. Those elected Were: President, Curtis Earlyg Vice-President, Barbara Brunsg Secretary, Mary Ungerg Treasurer, Martha Puvogelg Student Council, Tom Hofacker and Mari- lyn Agne. Later on we received our class rings. We were allpleasedwiththem. Some of our activities this year were: Career Day at Lewisburg, our magazine sales,and Clementine 3 our class play given November 7th. Of course we had the concession stand at the basketball games, and dances after both the football and basketball games. We've enjoyed this year, and we're looking for- ward to the next. SOPHOMORE CLASS OFFICERS President, Judy James Vice President, Shirley Lair Secretary, George Moodie Treasurer, Sally Collins Sophomore Class History The Sophomore class started their 1953-54 school year with 35 members. During the first six weeks we lost one member, Jim Wiegand, who left school. In September we elected officers. They are as follows: Judy James, Presi- dent, George Moodie, Secretary, Shirley Lair, Vice Presidentg Sally Collins, Treasurer, and Allen Jefferies, Reporter. Our representatives to the Student Councilare Gail Garland and Sam Reynolds. Our class sponsor is Miss Woolf. On Wednesday evening, September 30th, we had an initiation party for the Freshmen class. We served them ice cream and cake and played games. Our next bit event was our Thanksgiving Dance which was held in the school gym Saturday night, November Zlst. The last big event of the year for the Sophomore class was ordering their class rings.
