'Q 5 '-'I-lm Sophomore Class History The Sophomore class started their 1953-54 school year with 35 members. During the first six weeks we lost one member, Jim Wiegand, who left school. ln September we elected officers. They are as follows: Judy James, Presi- dentg George Moodie, Secretaryg Shirley Lair, Vice Presidentg Sally Collins, Treasurerg and Allen Jefferies, Reporter. Our representatives to the Student Councilare Gail Garland and Sam Reynolds. Our class sponsor is Miss Woolf. On Wednesday evening, September 30th, we had an initiation party for the Freshmen class. We served them ice cream and cake and played games. Our next bit event was our Thanksgiving Dance which was held in the school gym Saturday night, November Zlst.
