Our High School Band got off to an excellent start this year by appearing at all of the football games where we provided half-time color and added to the enjoyment of the spec- tators. During the year the Band played for the Armistice Day Program, the Annual Christmas Day Program, and for Washington's Birthday. On March 31, ci Spring Concert was pre- sented which was a complete success and which was thoroughly enjoyed by all who at- tended. On May l3 the Band will participate in the Miami Valley Band Festival at Pleasant Hill, and on May l7 we will be at Eaton for Preble County Band Day. One of the big days in the lives of every band member was February 28. On this day the new uniforms arrived. Everyone is pleased with the uniforms and much credit is due to the Band Mothers for making their purchase possible. The Band has enjoyed a very successful year and is proud of its contribution to the school activities. Mr. Robert Dixon, Band Director Twenty-nine
