Inu The Junuor Class us made up at l7 gurls and l3 boys makung a total of 30 members At the begunnung of the year the class was organuzed and the followung otttucers were elected Presudent Earla Mae Muller Vuce Presudent Mervun McKee Secretary Pat Mann Treas urer Irene Ehler wuth Muss Meyer and Mr Duehl the Hugh School pruncupal as Class Ad vusor Thus has been a very busy year for the class We have worked hard to earn money for our .lunuor Senuor receptuon un the sprung Some of the ways we have made money are by sellung basketball schedule penculs blue and whute hats and pop and popcorn at all of the home basketball games The Junuors have taken a very deep unterest un all school actuvutues We are proud to have had 8 boys on the baseball team 9 on the basketball team one cheer leader and the alter nate from our class un the Gurls Truple Truo Three are members of the band An achuevement that us to be connected wuth our class for years to come us the school crest that has been desugned and whuch us to be used permanently by the West Alexandrua school Thus crest wull appear forthe furst tume on our own rungs and puns thus year We are takung an actuve part un gettung the school paper started agaun the Edutor beung Sunce we are the largest class un hugh school our representatuves for the Student Councul numbers fuve The Athletuc Assocuatuon whuch us also a newly formed club us favored wuth havung a ,lunuor Darrell Buckungham as the Presudent and also Everett Waggoner as Secretary bu Our class consusts ot seven gurls and eleven boys makung a total ot eughteen Our class sponsors are Muss Mertz and Mr Reynolds The class otfucers are as follows Pres Marulyn Fahrenholz Vuce Pres Lee Suman Sec Barbara Wethungton Treas Paul Sauer Student Councul Ruth Kuhbander Sam Morth land and George Wunkleman We have four members un the Band Lee Suman Sam Morthhland Paul Sauer and Maru lyn Fahrenholz Barbara Wethungton represents us un the Truple Truo Paul Agne and Tom Bellar are the two memb rs at the Athletuc Assocuatuon SIX boys played on the Reserve Basketball team thus season We also have two ot the three cheerleaders from our room Katue Haaler and Marulyn Fah renholz Most of our class us helpung wuth our school paper Although we are the smallest class un school, we seem to be well represented un most all hugh school actuvutues l 1 l I l ' 1 ' I 1 I ' 1 1 - 1 ' I I ' 1 1 ' - Thelma Wagner, who is from our class.
