The banquet and prom were held in the high school gym, Wednesday evening, May 14. The program consisted of a Gabin' and Yodlin, session with Lil Abner CKeith Sheffield, junior class presidentl as master of ceremonies. The school board members, their wives, and the faculty members were guests. After the progam there was a stompin ' session to Louis Lang's orchestra. w a E ase Winner Soloist winners at the regional music contest at Platte went to the national fRegion IX, music contest at St. Joseph, Missouri, May 9, 1947.
