Sun Shines For Parade jg 'v--4... In the pep assembly that started Homecoming week Mrs. Karen Hull and Mr. Gale Lane were re- luctantly persuaded to become ta- bles, but fast action by Mrs. Hull saved Mr. Lane from the glass of water balanced on his back. The parade was postponed by rain until the following Friday. Luckily the sun did shine allowing the sophomore class to take first in the float competiton. October 7, the game was played against Festus as planned, even though the rainy weather took its toll. After Dave Long recovered a fumble in the end zone , Eric Bradford made the only touchdown giving us a 7-O victory. 1 , fw . ,3 3, . , .,,1,,.,...,.,k.,.,V :V H - - 4- M-,...1f11. 2, , -.efz,,f...,f,- N W 14 ,k,b K fzr '.,.
