He murt also possess a spirit of friendliness and a sincere desire to give kindly help whenever necessary. He must thoroughly understand the Innermost problems of boy — be patient wfth them— and bo reedy to servo each boy to the best of his ability. Third, to provide the very best equioment throughout every deparfmertt- to the end that every boy will have all those things necessary to his health and happiness and that none tkaH «wmt for anything that will help him to make progress.
