.w l lr President Louis Schaedler STUDE T COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE Now that our two years at Wentworth have ended, we will all venture forth in our separate fields of endeavor. Some of us will pursue our chosen professions, others will continue at a higher institution of learning. However, we all must remember that our education is not complete. Commencement is a beginning. With today's rapid technological developments, there is so much to learn and it is so easy to fall behind. The Class of 1965 has been the most energetic in the history of Wentworth. Due to our extra energy, we have met the challenge of intensive study, rigorous training and discipline. These same challenges have made us all better men-the men that will build our nation. During the past year I have been proud to serve you as president of your Student Council. I have benefited a great deal from my experience as your president, as have the other members of the Council. I would like to mention all of the members of the Council, but space does not allow. However, special recognition should go to Lawrence Gab- 34 oury, our vice-president, Charles Courtemanche, our secre- tary, and Charles Rosselli, our treasurer, for their unfailing support and the excellent job they have done this year. I am proud to have worked with them. Not all of the credit for this successful year may be attributed to the Student Council, for we are only a representative of the student body. You the students are the real support of the Council and Wentworth Institute, both as students and as alumni. This has been the first office of any significance I have held, consequently, its means a great deal to me. It is not so much the oHice, but the fact that I was chosen to repre- sent you. I would like to say that it has been a great privi- lege and I am proud to have served you. My only regret is that I did not get to know many of you. Best of luck to each and every one of you in your chosen field of endeavor, I shall cherish the memory of your respect and confidence for the rest of my life. Respectfully yours, LOUIS SCHAEDLER
