Wenatchee High School has a large and ever expanding voca- tional program. The vocational de- partment includes classes in a va- riety of subjects, all of which help to prepare the student for future vocations. Subjects included this year were: three semesters of bookkeeping, four semesters of typing, a class in use and operation of business machines, business English, busi- ness law, and the work experience and distributive education courses. Additional vocational courses were the home economics courses, wood shop and electricity courses, agriculture, power mechanics, and machine shop. This year several classes were added to the vocational curricu- lum. These included clothing tech- nician course and a food handler course.
