1? Women Leaders The Tri-Hi-Y was the focus of much attention this year. Members of the club were active in school and civic activities. Being a member of such a fine group of young women is truly an educational experience. Under the leadership of advisor, Doris Smith and several competent officers; the club performed many duties and served as a fine Ambassador for WHS Students.

Let’s Fire Up Rockets! The student body get fired up after victories by either the football or basketball teams. The spirit really reached its peak as we prepared to meet arch-rival Jackson. This was noted by some faculty members who wore T-shirts boosting spirit and by the happy beaming faces of two members of the football team.
