Administration Sets Pace The administrative staff of the Wellston City School System provides for the development and growth of a productive school program. Under the leadership of E.E. Tillis, Wellston Junior-Senior High School and all schools in the district have gained prominence. The superintendent works with the members of the school board in establishing general school policies and regulations. These men are one important segment of the dedicated group of people that strive to make Wellston High School and the entire school system the finest in the nation. E.E. Tillis Superintendent of Schools Mr. George V. Nash served as a teacher and coach in the Wellston City School System from 1948 until 1952. He then taught at Piqua, Ohio from 1952 until 1954. He returned to the Wellston System in the Fall of 1954, serving in the teaching and coaching profession until 1963. In 1963, Mr. Nash was appointed Administrative Assistant until March, 1967 at which time he became Superintendent at Cardington - Lincoln School District in Cardington, Ohio. George V. Nash 6
